We want you to love your lighting experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our official Australian store. If you are not completely satisfied with your Nanoleaf gear, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ship to Australian Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
